Posing was a bit of a flop last night. I totally have my routine down without heels. I need ones that fit for sure.
But some good things came out of my skin fold test. I think there was no change in my abs or love handles but my tricep skin was down 4 cm and my leg showed it was down a bit ( I had pants on this time so coach says prob about 1 cm or so.
