I will quit smoking as this occasional habit during social moments has become much more than that.
Thankfully am not addicted to the substance, but the action. Quitting is always easy for me, but I must keep the actions busy until the urges to do it have passed, in these times I drink a lot of tea, mixes, and the sweetness helps with my moods as well. It will be a couple of weeks before the oral fixation normalizes again. Nog ff volhouden 😉❤️ on the plus side, my goals to take in more fluids is definitely encouraged by sipping on teas and drinks all day!!
154.3 lb Lost so far: 165.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
