i just cam back from a 2 week holiday in turkey before i left i had put on weight 79kg i have lost 5.3kg being there. so even tho i have still put weight on since i was last here i have lost. i am going to try my best now to stick to a controlled diet and excersise.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
