Yeeehaaawww! I can't believe it! I was hoping for 234 by the end of the week and this morning I got on the scales to be surprised by 233! I can hardly believe it! I'm so pleased! For me, it seems lowering my daily caloric intake is the trick. By the end of next week I'd like to reach 232. I know that I'll probably gain a pound or two over the weekend, as I always do, so 232 is reasonable!
233.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree that calories count. I do better when I make the better choices too. I've discovered I can eat plenty of food if I just make the better choices. Great going on the weight loss. Im sure you're on to it now and can expect to see many more good weeks ahead
