Added a little less cardio and a little more weight lifting to my workout last night. Looks like that threw my body off guard and got headed back in the right direction.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
