I stopped doing the diet because it didn't fit in with my gym trainer telling me that my problem is I dont eat enough. Have felt to ill (achy, sore throat) to go to the gym for a couple of weeks now, so I want to try this diet again. I have been gaining weight for 2 years now, nothing stops it... ELOO I'm counting on you!!
