Well hello first plateau! Seems I've been hovering a bit as of late. Looks like I'm going to have to tighten up on my flex points, and weather the storm!! I know I actually gained a couple of pounds over last weekend, but I lost those back again this week, I just really need to watch myself this weekend, and I'll get another couple of pounds next week!!
