I dont feel like I have really stuck to it. I do all right during the day, but at night it is hell. Quitting smoking at the same time. The not smoking doesnt bother me. I just get the munchies at night now. I have kept it to like an apple or those 100 cal. popcorn bags. But it is outside the menu plan. I am not going to beat myself up. I still lost the 3lbs from the first week I adhered to the diet, just have maintained this week. If I would get off my butt and walk, I wouldnt have to worry about the night time munchies so much. I just cant seem to get motivated. I get really resentful. I quit drinking, I quit smoking, I dont shop like a fiend anymore...all the fun stuff dammit. No more chocolate cake for breakfast and 20 diet cokes for the rest of the day. Sigh. It is hell getting older. "Grumble...grumble". Can anyone relate? Yes, my attitude stinks today. But I'm not going to raid the fridge over it.
