Once you get into a groove....maintaining the routine is easy. WHY is it so hard once you are free to mix and match..exercise, food, etc? AND....once you shrink your stomach back to the amount it SHOULD be used to eat...hunger isn't an issue.
YET....we must beat our heads against a wall and continue to yo-yo good habits to bad habits and back again. ANNOYING!!!
