This morning I expected the scale to creep up a bit more so this was a surprise. I know that I was more rested when weighing in because it is Saturday and my weigh in was around 0730, opposed to the usual weekday weigh in at 0330. I am thinking this may be a factor.

Tomorrow is posing practice. There will be a weigh-in at the training center AND a body fat caliper test.....on oatmeal day. I feel like I need to switch oatmeal day to Wednesday!

Okay posing practice wasn't as awful as it could have been. Things are moving much smoother for transitions. Weight was up but I was down 1cm in both abs and triceps! Is that a lot! IDK I've never followed caliper tests.... but it's going the right direction.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 13.3 lb a week
