Nieuwe week, nieuwe doelen: 2L water per dag, 4x fitness, geen lessen skippen 😈, geen pakken koeken vreten.
145.9 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
