GM FS!!! I am finally getting to journal because since I joined in October I am finally under my starting weight!!! As of January 21st I was up to 198.8 and refused to claim it.. I have been logging my food and by reading everyone else’s ideas I tried IF 20/4. I can almost make it ... I get to around 18/6.. but I feel great.. So excited that I finally got here.. 😊😊 have a great weekend
189.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome, again! October thru January is a rough time when it comes to weight loss, holidays, sporting events, and I have a January birthday too. I feel lucky if I am able to simply maintain, but gaining is natural in the winter months, that's why I only record my lows, no matter how far apart the entries are. I don't the fasting, but know many people who do. One thing I do believe is that you are trying to find a way of eating that suits your body and your lifestyle the best. If 18/6 feels the most natural to you, then keep on keeping on!
