What since few days having only 120 Gm of rice and sedentary life .starvation also having liver syrup and chlorella capsules in moring beefore breakfast.No eveenign snaks only milk .Still my weight near constand since july 2018 starnge.Seems it had reached equilibrium.Need to control it or no time it reaches max 81 kg.
160.7 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Morning - Carrot/papaya porridge, Lunch rice dal and vegetable Eenving only milk and night same rice dal and vegetable. max 2000 kcal seems or even less. no junk food .even if its offered.and ocational cycle ride 10 km or so .Feeling lethargic whole day .Also having liver syrup and Chlorella Spirulina capsules before breakfast.

I have to eat around 1,500 kcal day to lose around 1 pound a week.

Actually Way back in August 2013 when i was 26 Years Old i did same thing riding cycle every day and by April 2014 i was 61.5 kg and remaining 1 and half year till December 2015 was nearly same 65-68 kg at most .But sedentary life style in 2016 2017 lead to tremendous increase in weight and it rose to 81.5 at moment my height is 169.4 and 71.8 or lower was the target.Nearly achieved it in july 2018 .Now i am not at young as i was in 2013 or 2014 .
