I ate less than 1200k yesterday, but I guess that it helped maintain my weight at 176 instead of going up. I'm hoping to reach my goal by the end of the year, so i really have to start getting serious.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
