Okay. Another start! I have up on the goal I set back in February but have come to a decision that I need to make a major change in my life. I, also, realized I needed to do it for MYSELF. Nobody else.

I joined Curves yesterday, and today was my FIRST WORKOUT. I went all alone and made it! It felt great! Lets hope I can keep it up!!
299.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
