Ive officially lost my first 20 lbs!!! It feels damn good too!!! :) :) I can't explain how much better I feel all around. Everything seems easier to do and no tasks have me winded. Im LOVING it!!! ♥

OK I joined the GET OFF YOUR ASS challenge! I really need this! Gives me a reason to get moving and be accountable for not only me but others!! Im so excited about this! I wanted to jump start a regular rountine of working out and this will do it. ♥
211.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
