Here's that weight gain coach was talking about?

Rest day today.

I was super hungry on Monday after my refeed on Sunday and it was difficult. Yesterday I was a little hungry but nothing like Monday. Hopefully today will be a fairly normal day!
120.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
