I;m so disappointed with no weight lose sense this week I stayed on my diet stricky . But I included doing long walks on the treadmill. Also doing at least one hour a day excercise programs our new gym offers. Some pretty fast moving things that leaves me worn out, And some weight lifting also. I'm going to continue on with my gym stuff and walking as close to 10,000 steps or close to that, Today I did 10,980 steps. I;m worn out so off to bed.
