I have not been eating well for some time. I am in the middle of a divorce and have been emotional eating, but it is time to get back on track. So I have enrolled int he 24lbs in 12 weeks challenge where I will eat the recommended calories, protein, carbs and fat for my height and weight. I am excited to get started.
