I'm not really dieting per se, but just trying to work out really really hard and eating right. I've lost ten pounds already, prior to signing up for this site, which is really encouraging. I never really believed that i could lose this extra weight that I have, but now I can see/feel my body changing for the better. That is really motivating me to keep going. Also, I don't want to be embarassed about my body if I ever run away with the Doctor in my nightie!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
