Starting Intermittent Fasting. 16 off 8 on. This will be better suited for me to keep 1300 calories withing a simple amount of time. I yo-yo so much. low carb, keto, all veggie... and on and on and on. i like the idea of counting calories and i like that keeping it all within a reasonable time frame will allow me to not have to worry about eating every 2 hours or 3, 4, 5, meals a day.... i just have to get my 1300 calories in within 8 hours of my day... my time frame will begin at 10am and end at 7pm.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 21.0 lb a week
