Didn't lose a lot this week but I gained about 4lbs in water weight due to lady things and I wasn't working out as hard for the same reason so still proud of what I've lost this week. time to get back to it this week though!
304.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 149.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
