I really did not anticipate going down today. Last night my husband and I went to a Chinese Buffet. It was a win on this health adventure. I usually love the walnut and pineapple snow shrimp and that is loaded with sugar, but honestly, I had a bite and it was too sweet for me. I felt bad because I took like five, but my husband finished them. After eating so much healthier for such a long time it was just too much. In the past I would have had two heaping plates full and then dessert. Nope. I couldn't even finish one plate and then I had a small ice cream cone. The rest of my day was great and low calorie and I walked 12,000 steps yesterday so I think all in all it worked out. I didn't completely fall off the bandwagon. I enjoyed a good meal in moderation. Today it was back to a good Keto breakfast and my favorite smoked salmon/spinach salad for lunch. I'm already up to 7,500 steps today and I think since I'm trying to move from a sedentary lifestyle to a moderately active lifestyle and I think that will help with the weightless as well.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
