Had a lighter day yesterday and the first Max Interval Circuit which was an 808 calorie burn. Talk about a workout. Phew. Looks like my waist is also around ~33"
161.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
