i have no idea where this came from (or where it went?) how is this real???

i've been stressing out MORE lately, i think i'm going to have to put off one of my upcoming graduate exam... and yet, i've strictly stuck to my calorie count this week without any struggle. i think some of it was waste/water weight too because i've been sick since saturday. I've been drinking tons of water and my appetite is weird - i've been on an avocado toast with chili flakes and spicy ramen kick because of my sinuses. i hope i don't rebound when i'm better!

i've tried to stick to 400cal per meal over the course of the day but a friend suggested i make breakfast the largest. while that's common, "breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" i am sedentary and am concerned about dinner because i stay up late for school. maybe putting a larger amount at the beginning and end of my day will help!
211.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
