Well, Saturday I was at a birthday party and while I resisted the sweets, it was still sloppy joes and baked Mac and cheese for the main meal. I actually expected my weight to be up yesterday, but it went back down to 221.8 and I was like okay. But I think it just took a day. I intermittently fasted and didn't have breakfast. Then I had a cream based veggie soup that was less than 400 calories for lunch. For dinner I had a breakfast lamb burger without a bun. By this I mean I made a 1/3 pound lamb burger patty for 450 calories and then fried an egg in butter 90 cal to put on top with a piece of bacon 80cal. But I didn't have any sides, just the lamb burger. And even though calorie wise this shouldn't have put me over the edge. My calories were still under 1,200 calories for the day. This is why I think the gain was actually from the day before. Lets also mention that I got my 10,000 steps in yesterday even going over by 1,000 steps. I still like weighing everyday because it lets me know I need to try harder or I see what happens when I indulge. But I do know that with everyday measuring I will have to be okay with more of these ups and downs than I would have if I only weighed in weekly.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
