Really been doing this for 2days now. I'm stoked. My husband has always lost on Atkins while I was on weight watcher and became a lifer. We reached our goals and I changed his diet to mine no problem right? Wrong! A lot happened, we moved, I no longer work, husband job changed, not to talk about the exercise now. Needless to say we look like we're fully inflated balloons ready to be dragged thru the streets. With no weight watchers nearby and I've seen hoe well Atkins worked for hubby we have begun this journey together . The best is yet to be!
