I successfully hit my goal of getting to 190lbs by July 1st.I am getting ready to start P90X.
6 months ago my weight was 206lbs.Cholesterol was 199(LDL was 139 and HDL was 43 w Triglcyrides 86) and Blood Sugar was 106.
I had my bloodwork done today.I am waiting for the results.I expect all my numbers to inprove drastically.
I also requested a to be referred to a Nutritionist to have my diet evaluated and get my BMI and %fat bodyweight.
