I didn't track points at all this week, took a week off. Instead, I watched what I ate and tried to make decent choices without depriving myself.

It actually seems to have worked out fairly well.
261.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 131.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.8 lb a week

It looks like it worked out great! Nice loss for not keeping track. Nice loss even if you were keeping track! Keep up the great job!

To be completely honest, part of me is beginning to doubt the accuracy of the scale. I mean, of course if you get on twice in a row, you get a different number, slight shifts in weight distribution effect weight recorded on every scale I've ever owned, but part of me doesn't believe even the general downward trend, despite using the same scale for every weigh in in the same location on the same bathroom floor wearing very nearly the same thing (nightgown or nothing).
