something wrong here...I am not going to journal today. I need to reassess. I don't feel heavier...hmm...I will write more tomorrow.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

KFC is loaded with salt and you have been eating morre carbs the past few days, both will cause you to retain water and gain water weight.

Yes, FOL is correct. Drink lots of water today, and be sure to eat enough calories of fresh fruits and vegetables aka fiber!

Don't stay gone for long, this journaling is a really good habit, and your weight will come off. It will, really.
