Completed Day 3 of 30 Day Shred last night. I didn't even have to wait until morning to be sore everywhere -- especially my legs. I'm also moving right along with the situp and pushup challenge. Today is another day of squats. Although my calorie count is good, my sleep has been terrible and I'm hoping that building muscle is the reason the weight isn't coming off yet...
