I had a light diet day yesterday, didn’t work out but had a 4 hour gig where I sweated my ass off, did a fasted cardio session this morning, and dropped nearly 4 lbs in 1 day. Rad.
229.5 lb Lost so far: 50.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 25.9 lb a week
