今天突發奇想補澱粉,平常只吃半碗
今天補足它😊
一早來碗薏仁芋頭配土魠魚米粉。
點心來半塊麵包,馬上頭痛😆
晚餐吃豬排飯不淋醬,蛤蜊湯
點心 現烤蛋塔/抹茶甜甜圈2大個😋
是說今天胖到高點了還補😅
147.3 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 12.3 lb a week
