I haven’t recorded measurements since 18 November 2018. So here they are:

Height: 179 cm
Thigh : was 78 cm- now 78cm
Chest: was 128cm - now 121 cm
Stomach: was 144cm- now 141cm
Waist: was 137 cm- now 127 cm

So with the almost 10kg drop since End November 18 to date, there has been some nice changes to my chest, waist and stomach. Now it becomes obvious why my pants are falling off and i need a belt.
334.2 lb Lost so far: 67.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
