I have sticked to only NON PROCESSED foods...ie. whole foods... going back to what our Grandfathers ate. It's working well,...but harder because I work 10 hr days, and processed foods are soooooo convienient! I havent had time to do any exercise though...tomorrow is my last 10hr day for the week...hopefully after that I can add some exercise in as well!
