滿滿吃到飽無限量😊
今天中餐吃便當
晚餐恢復家常菜了
甜點來個鴛鴦餅/鳳梨酥😆
慰勞今天非常辛苦的自己
過年每天都從8點忙到晚上6點
好累阿!過完年要看推拿醫生了
147.0 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
