So I've been really good about going to the gym. I stopped the Herbalife. It works really well but I'd like to use it on and off. As a fat kid, I really just enjoy eating a meal so it's hard to drink most of your meals. I have no complaints with it otherwise. I look forward to using it again but I'm really trying to focus on teaching myself better habits and, most importantly, portion control. I'm not a terribly unhealthy eater so the hard part is portions! Hopefully I can keep this motivation going!
