I did well yesterday with my calorie count -- until I had the couple of martinis. I was able to complete my squat challenge at lunch and last night I did Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred Challenge. It's much harder than I remember, but I have never been this out of shape in my life. This morning was painful all around.
