I got exercise yesterday. I also think that I am bloating on the medicine that I’m taking and it’s hitting every weekend. I just keep trying to work it back off.
109.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
