Slow and steady drops the weight! I’ll be in the 70’s soon.
Almost at my 100 pound goal...6 pounds away. Then I get to set a new goal. I’ll still be considered obsess at the 100 pound loss but 11 pounds from that is the overweight category. How great it’ll be to be overweight 😂
182.3 lb Lost so far: 95.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
