Down 1.5 my first week of Phase 2, though the scale hasn't moved the last 4 days. (Yes, I am one of those who weighs herself everyday.) Hopefully when it finally does move it will be down again! I didn't exercise much in Phase I (2 out of the 9 days). But this week I exercised on 4 of the last 5 days and on two of those days I exercised twice - once in the morning, and once in the evening. Before starting Fat Smash, I gained 20 pounds in 7 months (when I decided to get divorced), and was already about 50 pounds overweight before gaining the extra 20. I hate that it's so easy to gain, and so hard to lose! I really want to take off these extra pounds, and get control of my weight! I hope I can stay motivated and not give up. Thanks for all of your support!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lizz is right, be patient and things will start happening. Hang in there, you can do this, look how far you have come this far!
