I lost one lb. Which is likely just my weight fluctuating. I'm going to pretend that I've lost more because I'm on my period, and some of my weight could be water weight. Yup. I lost tons :P

I tried a new dvd yesterday to workout. It didn't feel like I was doing much then, but I certainly feel the burn today. I love the feeling I get when I know I've actually worked my muscles. I feel a little more confident that I can do this today :P
139.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
