I have just gone swimming after having that silly head conversation where the little devil and angel speak to you. You know the one Angel 'Go for a swim after work you have 1+ half hour before you meet your friend'
Devil 'But wouldn't be better to wonder the shops'
Angel 'you haven't got any money to spend in the shops
Devil But its been so long since you've been to the gym you'll feel odd
Angel no go Swimming you know you'll end up bored and buy a coffee and a muffin and feel really really yucky
Angel WON and the scales in the gym gave me a shocking surprise it said I was 67.5 kgs How lovely going to meet my friend now. see if I get back on that wagon
