ok... so i started atkins all over again on 27th (sunday) of this month... my starting weight was 77.4kgs. i weigh in the morning before breakfast,coffee even water :)
On 28th i was down to 77kgs. didnt exercise the first 2 days...
when the weight didnt go down even 1grm on the 29th mornin i vowed to put in extra effort. so last night i walked on the treadmill for 20mins speed 4.9 (i know not much, but hellooo im starting :D)
today morning the scale showed 76.2kgs!! im so very happy
PS. though im supposed to be on induction i drank 1/2 glass coke on the 27th... also im addicted evening tea snacks which usually consists of tuna+boiled egg cutlet which has potato and bread crumps Ouch!
