Physically: Thanks to playing golf saturday and sunday and walking 2 miles everyday has helped me lose weight consistently.

Food: Also, I eat so simple Oat porridge in the morning and in the afternoon which helps keep the weight down.

Mentally: I have realized that this body is a dress for our soul, so should we not try to dress our soul as well as we dress ourselves?
187.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
