Lucybell33's Journal, 30 May 2008

Back down to my record low again. I'm still sticking 100% to my diet plan, targeting the Extreme Fat Loss zig zagging calories, although I might start transitioning towards Fat Loss next week and then towards maintenance, depending on the outcome of Monday's health assessment.

The exercise plan is also still on track, although I'm not yet back up to the intensity levels I'd got to just before my surgery at the beginning of the month, but I'm getting there! ( Btw - my eyes are still a little swollen, but it's probably about time I got hubby to take an "after" pic, so you can see the results!)

The weather has turned a little British this week, which is not so good for the spirits. However, it's nearly the weekend and that's also good, whatever the weather! Have a happy day everyone!! :)

PS I saw a great idea on someone's journal about using Messenger to chat with buddies, so I've now installed Yahoo Messenger and it was lovely chatting with 08willbegreat last night! If anyone else fancies joining in, please send me a message and we can swap Messenger IDs!

Congrats on getting back to your record low! Less than 10 lbs to go! I'll bet you're excited to go to your health assessment and find out what they have to say about your goal weight, etc. LOL at the weather turning "a little British". I assume that means rain? I'm looking forward to seeing your after pic. Are you happy with the results? It would be cool if fatsecret could put a live chat feature on the site. I had some yahoo issues with my id a while back and haven't been using the chat for a long time. Maybe I'll have to "fix" things and get that up and running again :)

Thank you! Yes, Evelyn - a little British means rainy, cold and generally miserable weather - the price we pay for having lovely lush, green gardens, I suppose! I would say I'm pretty happy with the results of my surgery. If I'm honest, I was kind of hoping for completely smooth, line-free undereyes, which is not what I've got, but I guess that was a bit unrealistic really! I've got no excessive skin in the upper lids and the undereye bags are significantly diminished - I suppose the lines just add character, LOL! Yes, do look into installing Messenger - it was great being able to have chat with Amy last night. :)

British weather? I think that Michigan is the new Britain then! It is always damp and horrid here. One day we had 80 F and the next night we had frost!!! What is that about? I miss British weather. I used to love walking in the rain on a nice summers day. I was there a few summers back and there was a heatwave going on. That was the first time I recall London melting. By the way, remember that it is the traditional British weather that makes for such beautiful gardens. *Sigh* home sweet home!

BRAVO on getting back to the new low!! :) WAY TO GO! Can't wait to hear what the nutritionist has to say, too. Up here in the great NW, I believe I'd be right familiar with Brit weather. =S Ugh... many a gray, rainy summers I have seen, too! Have a great day!

Yay, fantastic work getting down to your record low again Leanne, so you just keep up the great work! ;o) Oh the joys of our British weather... it hasn't been any better down here either. Get's a bit depressing doesn't it just seeing rain, rain and more rain!!! You wait, it will be sunny tomorrow when I'm back at work... having just had the week off. I think that's a great idea using Yahoo messenger... I have that one along with MSN and Skype, although I haven't used very often. But will see if I can get mine up and running, as it would be nice to chat. Off shopping in a mo... but will send you PM once I've checked my Yahoo ID. Hope you have a nice rest of your weekend and that you're health assessment goes great tomorrow. :o)
