Weighed in this morning. Dropped a little over half a pound. I've been eating relatively healthy lately...just have to manage portions. The weekends I go a bit overboard, but I am most active on the weekends as well. This weekend will be tough, as I'm going to NYC for my birthday weekend. I'm going to attempt to get a run in on Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be tough though.
Ran 6 miles yesterday after taking Monday off. Going to jog for atleast 3 today.
