Really piled on the weight a mixture of inappropriate eating and no exercise. I have to come to grips with this. Can’t keep piling it on, got to stop here.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This place is wonderful actually. I've tried several times to lose weight and, thanks to both severe PCOS and lack of will power, it's never been successful before. With the support of people here, along with the tracking (this thing will do calories and fat and carbs and sugar and whatever else you need to track) I lost 5 stone before Christmas. The community here will help if you need help, you can count on that
