recording everything I eat, but not nearly meeting the RDA...not much of an appetite and having a small surgery next week and kinda keeping my body in a state of rest. Super bowl is Sunday and I do have some lo carb goodies planned for us. Buffalo chicken, stuffed jalapenos and some brats!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
