Had too much Lambrusco last night definitely lost the keto effect. All good though had an excellent lunch of Genoa salami American cheese sprouts pickles and guacamole, snacked on dark chocolate great dinner of 2 juicy chicken thighs spinach mushrooms and mashed cauliflower
